I am the managing editor at New York Magazine’s e-commerce and shopping vertical The Strategist. In my writing, I love diving deep into obscure histories, speaking with experts to find the absolute best version of that thing you didn’t know you needed, and discovering places that are slightly off the beaten path.

My words, photography, and food and product styling has appeared in Grub Street, Vice Munchies, Man Repeller, Bustle, and the Los Angeles Times, among other publications — including the cookbook Breakfast: The Most Important Book About the Best Meal of the Day. I am also a board member of the Newswomen’s Club of New York; for the last 2 years, I’ve chaired and curated the organization’s annual Spring Photo Auction.
